Rex Auri is a 19 year old male Embodiment (E-Level Threat) that appears in Chapters 4 and 5.
Lore
Stell was an above average 19 y.o. male living in the bustling streets of Rome, Italy. He was stronger than most adults his age.
Until the Incident happened.
The sky slashed open with golden monsters coming out, known as "Aurum Domini" to the mythology nerds.
One of the monsters slashed him, and he ended up in the hospital. When he woke up.. he was different.
His torso and legs turned yellow, like gold, and there were vines wrapping around his abdomen.
This caused him to turn into Rex Auri.
A manifestation of an already strong adolescent and the souls of three notable Phrygian figures.
Gordias, mainly known for the Gordian knot.
Midas, mainly known for his ability to turn things into gold.
Mygdon, mainly known for warring with the Amazons.
Abilities
Rex Auri's main technique is Phrygian Conquest.
Sub-techniques
- "Midas Touch" - Passive technique, able to be toggled. Turns things into gold with a touch.
- "floor(Aurum)" - Turns the floor into gold within 25 meters, slowly aurifies anything above the floor except for the user.
- "ln(1.618) = 0.48..." - Exponentially grows a molten gold orb until the user commands it to stop.
- "Domain Expansion: Hour of Phi" - Barrierless domain, expands up to 150m, rains molten gold drops from the sky. These droplets poison and torture someone slowly while burning them.
- "Ultima Aurifexia" - Uses stellar nucleosynthesis to speed up the process of fusing hydrogen into gold, this stellar core expands in the user's palm. Eventually, the core turns into Au-201, and it destroys anything in its way.
- "Amplified Aurified Strikes" - This move amplifies other moves, and amplifies the user's cursed punches.
- "Celsius 1064" - This move summons a molten gold sword that only the user can wield, if anyone else uses it they either get turned into frozen gold or the sword can raise its temperature to evaporation.
