Tar is a 14 year old male who is a non-aligned character.

Lore

When Periwinkle was born, Tar was not born yet. So, when he was born, he always had thought of Periwinkle as his brother, having familial moments with him. The origin of the vines are from scientists, a failed experiment caused the vines to be marked as discontinued and thrown away. Tar discovered the briefcase at 12. This briefcase contained vines which were being thrown away. Then, a bright light, coinciding with the Incident, hit him. A loud sound also deafened him, and the vines latched onto him. He went to a hospital, met a doctor, and he was convinced it was alright.

Abilities

Tar's main technique is Crisis Averted.

Sub-techniques

"Crisis Averted" - The user goes backwards and spawns a barrage of slashes just like Periwinkle's.
"Vines of Madness" - Uncontrollable vines sprawl from his torso, sometimes aiding him and sometimes not.
"Horns of an Everlasting Lifetime" - A barrage of slashes just like Periwinkle's.
"Point 2" - His horns summon a massive lightning orb in the sky, hitting the nearest target.
"Blood Rush" - His last bit of strength to stay alive, healing technique.
